What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic components?
Yes, all OMTech electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronics may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Are your products compatible with international power standards?
Our products are designed for 110-120V standards by default. For international customers, please check the product specifications for dual-voltage support or the requirement of a power converter.
How can I track my package once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
