At OMTech, we stand behind the precision and quality of our laser engraving equipment and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our technical support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order details.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Securely pack the device in its original industrial packaging, including all software, accessories, and manuals to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our designated returns center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
